Scope

Attend board meetings, understanding of the transfer pricing documentation and suggestions and recommendations as advice to the board of Directors.

Purpose

1. To help board of Directors make their transfer pricing decisions in line with the arm’s length principle.
2. To monitor their transfer pricing footprint.
3. Reduce the impact of year-end adjustments.
4. The board of directors can also demonstrate that it has the assistance of an independent expert to fulfil the qualification skills in line with substance requirements.
